Up and running!
And even slightly tuned

I think I have this thing working pretty well now. Additional bells and whistles would take a lot of work and I'm not sure it's worth it. As it is, I think it will help me preserve and work through some thoughts, a sort of online journal.

I wish there were some way to do this and get intelligent comments, but the early days of blogging are over. As it is, there's freedom in total obscurity. If I change my mind, and it seems likely anyone would visit, follow, and want to discuss anything, I gather it's possible to add Disqus and RSS.
